Mr. Sutherlin serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Joy Global, Inc. Prior to assuming these duties, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Joy Mining Machinery division.

Prior to joining Joy Global Inc. in 2003, Mr. Sutherlin was President and Chief Operating Officer of Varco International, Inc., a predecessor company to National Oilwell Varco, Inc. and then a $2 billion manufacturer of equipment for the global oil and gas drilling industry.

Mr. Sutherlin served the oil and gas industry as a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the National Ocean Industries Association and the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, where he was Chairman of the International Operations Committee. He is also a contributing author to World Energy magazine, and is currently a member of the National Coal Council and the World Coal Institute. Mr. Sutherlin is also a director and member of the Executive Committee of the National Mining Association.

Mr. Sutherlin holds a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a dual bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.

In addition to his duties at Joy Global, Mr. Sutherlin is a member of the Board of Directors of Tesco Corporation, a Calgary, Canada based company that specializes in advanced drilling technology.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CBIZ, Inc., a leading provider of integrated business services and products headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, since 2000. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Gerard was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Great Point Capital, an operational and financial restructuring firm. Mr. Gerard is also a director of Lennar Corporation, The Fairchild Corporation and TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. He is 60.

John Nils Hanson was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Joy Global Inc. from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Hanson joined Joy Technologies Inc. in 1990 as President of the underground mining machinery division which was acquired by Joy Global in 1995. Following several years as a theoretical low energy nuclear physicist and applied mathematician, Mr. Hanson ran a series of industrial product and capital goods businesses from 1974-1987 for several Fortune 500 companies, including Caterpillar and Gould. He also was selected as a White House Fellow in 1970 and served as Executive Assistant to the Secretary of Labor in Washington, D.C. Mr. Hanson serves on the board of directors for Arrow Electronics Inc

Mr. Johnsen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sweetwater Technologies, a private firm commercializing irrigation and dairy technologies worldwide, including in Pakistan, China and Morocco. He also serves as lead outside director of Amerityre Corporation, a public firm commercializing polyurethane technologies with applications that include the tire industry where he previously served as President. Mr. Johnsen was formerly President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Geneva Steel Holdings Corp. from 2001 to 2005. He holds a law degree from Yale Law School and a finance degree from Utah State University.

Mr. Klappa is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Wisconsin Energy Corporation and its principal utility subsidiary, We Energies. Prior to joining Wisconsin Energy in 2003, he served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of The Southern Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously in his career, Mr. Klappa was The Southern Company's chief strategic officer, the North American group president of Southern Energy Inc. (now Mirant) and president and CEO of South Western Electricity, The Southern Company's electric distribution utility in the United Kingdom. Mr. Klappa is a 1972 graduate cum laude of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holding a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications.

Mr. Loynd is Chairman of the Executive Committee and former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Furniture Brands International, Inc. (NYSE:FBN). Furniture Brands is the largest home furniture manufacturer in the United States. Furniture Brands markets its products under the Lane, Broyhill and Thomasville brand names. Mr. Loynd joined Emerson Electric in 1955 and played an important role in the early growth of that company. In 1968 he joined Gould, Inc, a diversified manufacturer of batteries and industrial products, as Vice President and Chief Operation Officer. In 1971 he became President of Eltra Corporation, a diversified company in a variety of electrical and industrial product businesses. In 1979 Eltra Corporation was acquired by Allied Chemical. He continued to serve as President of Eltra and became Group Vice President of Allied Corporation, which included Converse, Inc., the largest U.S. manufacturer of athletic footwear. In 1982 Mr. Loynd and other investors purchased Converse. Converse was sold to INTERCO INCORPORATED in 1986. He became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of INTERCO and guided it through a successful restructuring. In 1996, following the acquisition of Thomasville Furniture Industries, INTERCO changed its name to Furniture Brands International.

Mr. Siegert is one of four Managing Directors of the Financial Restructuring Group of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, an international investment banking firm. He is located in Houlihan Lokey's Minneapolis, Minnesota office and is a member of the firm's Operating Committee. Houlihan Lokey has been financial advisor to the Harnischfeger Creditors Committee during the Harnischfeger bankruptcy case. As Managing Director assigned to Houlihan Lokey's engagement with the Creditors Committee, Mr. Siegert advised the Committee on financial matters. He has represented creditors and debtors in many large restructuring transactions and has significant experience with mining industry related companies, including AEI Resources (4th largest coal producer in the U.S.), Westmoreland Coal (oldest coal producer in the U.S.), Oren Benton (largest worldwide uranium miner), Gulf Resources and Kaiser Coal. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 1987 Mr. Siegert worked for PAS-CO Capital Corp. analyzing middle market mergers and acquisitions.

From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Tate was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer for TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. Prior to TIMCO, he was an independent consultant from 2004 to 2005 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thermadyne Holdings Corporation from 1995 to 2004. Mr. Tate's career also includes 18 years with Ernst & Young prior to 1993.
